Windsor Owls Parent Professional Education Resource (W.O.P.P.E.R)
The W.O.P.P.E.R organization is a group dedicated to informing all stakeholders on issues that can impact student achievement both academically and behaviorally. We hope to accomplish this by providing support and resources to families from the Windsor C-1 School District. In addition to the resources listed below, the Windsor C-1 School District is in the process of developing a Parent Resource Center. The Parent Resource Center is located at the Intermediate Center library. This center has a variety of books and resources dedicated to special education and disabilities to view on-site or check out. Feel free to come by and view the resources we have to offer.

Professional Development for Parents
We would like to extend the offer to every family to join in on our partnership and work together as a team. Providing our families the opportunity to participate in professional development topics specific to their needs is an important start in the process. You will find monthly meetings and topics listed below.
