SISk12 Teacher Tips and Tricks
Here we have a few tips and tricks for teachers to utilize. We currently only have the following tips and tricks:
- Change Class Display
- Changing the classes displayed on the home page is mostly used at the start of a new semester. Many teachers have their display set to “Sem1” during 1st semster. This can cause a problem when 2nd semester rolls around since the program will not automatically roll over the display settings for you. This tutorial will show you how to change the display settings yourself.
- Change Login Site-Year
- Changing the login site-year is primarily needed at the beginning of a new school year. SISk12 will not automatically set the default login site-year to the new school year; it forces the staff member to do this for themselves. This tutorial will show you how to do just that.
- Email Parents
- Emailing can be a great way to communicate with your students’ parents and let them know what is going on in your class.
