Art club meets this Wednesday after school in Mrs. Ward’s room.

 

November 15th is America Recycling Day.  Recycle correctly or its just trash.  Bring a T Shirt to Mrs. Ward and have Earth Hero screen printed on it for $5.00.

 

Green Alliance will meet Thursday second session in Mrs. Ward’s room.

 

Tickets are now on sale for Christmas at Windsor Castle! See Mrs. Stockwell in room 225 to purchase tickets. Tickets are $25 each and will be on sale through the end of November.   There are two performances, Saturday, December 8 at 7:00 pm and Sunday, December 9 at 4:00 pm

 

The FCA Fellowship of Student Athletes will meet on Friday 11/16, the first shift of OWL TIME in coach Schmidts classroom.

 

There will be a baseball informational meeting for everyone interested in playing baseball this spring in Coach Young’s room 220 on Friday Nov. 16th  during the 2nd half of OWL Time. See Coach Young or Coach Green if you have any questions.

On December 11th, All Renaissance Card holders are invited to attend a field trip to the movie theater in Festus to watch a movie. We will travel by bus and eat lunch in Festus.

 

Permission slips will be available in the office starting Monday, November 12th.  They are due to either Dr. Montgomery or Mrs. Isaacson by Friday, November 16th.  We will not accept late permission slips—make sure you get them turned in on time!!

 

Green Alliance members please sign up, as soon as possible, with Mrs. Ward, to work the Electronic Recycling Event  next Saturday, November 17th.

 

French Week will be November 12-16 — Tuesday is WHO’s Who Day

 

Congratulations to the 2018 Mr. WHS Mr. Special Olympics; Steven Robinson.  Thank you so much to all the boys who came out and participated it was a blast.

The 9th Annual Improv Show will be on Friday, November 16 and Saturday, November 17 at 7pm in the WHS Commons.  Tickets are $4 before the show and $5 at the door. Tickets will be sold during lunch starting Monday, November 12 or are available in Ms. Crabtree’s room.  Come have a laugh and see what’s “Under Construction!”

 

Cookies with Mrs. Klingeman!  Join Book Club in Mrs. Klingeman’s room 2nd half of OWL time on Nov 13th to hear about her favorite titles.  All are welcome.

 

Food For Fines through November 5th -16th in the library.  $1 in book fines waived for each food item.

 

Clean out your closet. Green Alliance is hosting a clothing drive the entire month of November.  Please drop off your clothing bags at the donation location across from the Central Office.

 

The Windsor Green Alliance will host its first ever ELECTRONICS RECYCLING DRIVE on November 17th at the high school parking lot.  Bag up your old earbuds, remotes, cell phones, and controllers.

 

Windsor High School: download the app SCOIR to your phones. This app will send notifications and reminders for upcoming dates such as college deadlines, ACT, and anything post-secondary.

 

Reminder: make sure you are checking your Class of 20** google classroom for all kinds of important information!”

 

Homework lab is Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 2:35 – 4:05, in the library.  If students need transportation home, they must sign up for the bus by the end of Owl time in the main office.
